Wir bitten darum 1 Tag vorher zu reservieren. € 6,00 pro Person, für Kinder bis 5 Jahre kostenlos.

4.      CAUZIONE. € 150,00 in contanti da versare all’arrivo a garanzia della struttura e dell’arredamento. La cauzione verrà restituita alla partenza dopo aver verificato l’integrità nonché la pulizia delle dotazioni utilizzate. In caso di partenza fuori dall’orario di check-out, il controllo dell’appartamento verrà effettuato il giorno precedente. DEPOSIT. € 150,00 to be paid on arrival by cash as guarantee for possible damage caused to the apartment or equipment. It will be returned at your departure after the check of the apartment. In case of earlier check-out we will check the apartment the evening before your departure. KAUTION € 150,00, bei Ankunft in bar. Diese muß hinterlassen werden als Garantie für eventuelle Schäden an der Wohnung bzw. der Einrichtung. Diese wird bei Abfahrt zurückgegeben nachdem die Wohnung kontrolliert wurde. Sollten Sie früher als 8.00 Uhr abreisen wird die Wohnung einen Tag vorher kontolliert.

5.      In caso di partenza anticipata non è previsto alcun rimborso. In case of early departure there is no refund. Im Falle einer früheren Abreise als gebucht wird kein Geld zurückerstattet.

6.      E’ vietato l’ingresso ai non villeggianti, le visite dei familiari o amici devono essere autorizzate dalla Direzione. Il visitatore è pregato di fornire alla Direzione un documento di identità che verrà restituito al termine della visita. Persons who are not our guests are not allowed to entry. Visits of parents or friends have to be authorized by the Management. The visitor is pleased to show personal document, that will be returned at the end of the visit, at the reception.  Es ist untersagt dass sich Personen auf dem Gelände oder in den Wohnungen aufhalten die keine Gäste sind. Besuche von Familienangehörigen oder Freunden müssen an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Sie werden gebeten ein ausweisbares Dokument zu hinterlassen welches bei Besuchsende wieder zurück gegeben wird.

7.      Il parcheggio interno è scoperto e incustodito. La Direzione non è responsabile per eventuali danni o furti subiti. The parking is uncovered and unattended. Management is not responsible for any damages or thefts. Unser Parkplatz ist nicht bewacht. Es gibt keine Tiefgarage.  Die Direktion ist nicht verantwortlich für eventuelle Schäden.

8.      Quando vi assentate assicuratevi di aver chiuso le porte e ritirate tutti i vostri oggetti. La Direzione non risponde di eventuali furti. When you go away make sure you have closed the doors and have brought all your belongings inside the apartment. Management is not responsible for any theft. Wenn Sie die Wohnung verlassen bitten wir Sie darauf zu achten daß alle Türen gut verschlossen sind. Bitte lassen Sie keine persönlichen Dinge oder Wertsachen unbeobachtet. Die Direktion übernimmt keine Haftung für eventuelle Schäden.

9.      La reception è aperta dalle ore 9,00 alle 12,00 e dalle 14,00 alle 18,00 Reception is open from 9 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Unsere Rezeption ist geöffnet von 9,00 Uhr bis 12,00 Uhr und von 14,00 Uhr bis 18,00 Uhr.

10.  L’uso della PISCINA avviene a proprio rischio e pericolo, nel rispetto del “Regolamento interno piscina” che trovate esposti nella zona piscina e negli appartamenti. The use of the swimmingpool is at your own risk and we ask you to respect the “swimming pool rules”, available in every apartment and in the pool area. Die Benutzung des Schwimmbades erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Schwimmbadregeln müssen unbedingt eingehalten warden (Regeln in Wohnungen und Schwimmbadarea)

11.  I CANI di piccola taglia sono ammessi in Agriturismo, previa richiesta da parte degli interessati e riconferma da parte nostra. Non sono ammessi nella sala colazione e nell’intera area piscina e devono sempre essere tenuti al guinzaglio all’interno dell’Agriturismo. E’ obbligatorio raccogliere sempre le deiezioni dei vostri cani. Non permettere al vostro cane di salire sul divano e sui letti. Quando vi assentate non lasciate il vostro cane solo in appartamento. Eventuali danni causati dal vostro cane vi saranno addebitati al check-out. La quota richiesta per l’intera durata del soggiorno del vostro cane è € 30,00. Small sized DOGS are welcome in our Agriturismo, upon our confirmation. They are not allowed in the breakfast-room and in the pool area. They always must be kept on a leash. You are asked to remove immediately the droppings of your dog. Do  not allow your dog to climb on the sofa or beds. When you go away do not leave your dog alone in  the apartment. Any damage caused by your dog will be charged at check-out. The fee required for the stay of your dog is € 30,00. Kleine HUNDE sind wilkommen nach Bestätigung. Sie sind im Speisesaal und im Schwimmbadbereich nicht erlaubt und müssen immer an der Leine gehalten werden. Wir bitten Sie die Hinterlassenschaften Ihres Hundes sofort zu beseitigen. Bitte achten Sie darauf daß Ihr Hund nicht auf die Betten oder das Sofa springt.  Bitte lassen Sie Ihren Hund nicht allein in der Wohnung!  Sollten Schäden auftreten die durch Ihren Hund verursacht wurden wird dies bei Abreise in Rechnung gestellt. Für den gesamten Aufenthalt Ihres Hundes berechnen wir € 30,00.

12.  E’ vietato fumare all’interno degli appartamenti e nella sala colazione.Smoking in the apartments and breakfast room is forbidden. Das Rauchen ist in den Wohnungen und im Speisesaal verboten!

13.  Nel rispetto di tutti, preghiamo i nostri ospiti di mantenere un tono di voce contenuto e di non causare rumori molesti, specialmente dalle 22.00 alle 09.00. E’ altresì vietato l’utilizzo di palloni/attrezzi da gioco all’interno del cortiletto tra gli appartamenti. Utilizzare gli appositi spazi. For everybody’s quiet, we ask our guest not to have a disorderly conduct and not to cause disturbance, especially from 10pm to 9am. It is forbidden to play with balls or any other tools in the courtyard between the apartments. Please use the proper areas.  Bitte Machen Sie keine Lärmbelästigung, besonders von 22:00 Uhr bis 09:00 Uhr. Es ist verboten, mit Ball im Hof ​​zwischen die Wohnungen zu spielen. Benutzen Sie die vorgesehenen Stellen.

14.  Vi preghiamo di tenere presente che l’ospite deve in ogni caso effettuare una PULIZIA sommaria dell’appartamento anche se la pulizia finale è compresa; in caso contrario vi verranno addebitate € 30,00 per pulizie extra. La pulizia finale non comprende il lavaggio delle stoviglie e del piano cottura. Vi preghiamo di non lasciare generi alimentari nell’alloggio e di rimuovere i rifiuti prima della partenza (pena addebito extra). We ask our guests to leave the apartment in a decent condition even if the final cleaning is included. The final cleaning doesn’t include the cleaning of the kitchen, fridge and stove. At your departure we kindly ask not to leave food in the kitchen and to throw the garbage (otherwise you will be charged an extra cost for extra cleaning).  Unsere Gäste werden gebeten die Wohnungen sauber und ordentlich zu hinterlassen auch wenn die Endreinigung im Preis enthalten ist; im entgegengesetzten Fall berechnen wir eine Extra-Gebühr von €30.00. Die Endreinigung beinhaltet nicht das Säubern bzw. das Entleeren des Ofens und der Geschirrspülmaschine. Wir bitten Sie keine Lebensmittel zu hinterlassen und den Müll vor Abreise zu entsorgen.

15.  I RIFIUTI vanno depositati solo nell’apposito punto di raccolta che si trova all’ingresso del magazzino. La raccolta è differenziata: vetro e lattine, plastica, carta, vario. Please deposit the rubbish only in the collection points located next to the warehouse. The collection of waste: glass and cans – plastic – paper – varied. Der Müll muss an den vorgesehenen Stellen entsorgt werden. Diese finden sich am Eingang der Lagerhalle. Der Müll muss getrennt werden: Glas und Dosen, Plastik, Papier, Restmüll.

16.  LAVANDERIA. E’ aperta dalle 8,30 alle 19,00. Non assentarsi durante il ciclo di lavaggio/asciugatura, onde evitare di lasciare la macchina carica dopo la fine del ciclo. Il costo del lavaggio e dell’asciugatura è € 3,50. Sono disponibili alla reception detersivi monodose al costo di € 0,50. LAUNDRY is open from 8,30 am to 7 pm. Do not go away during the washing/drying cycle and collect immediately your clothes at the end of any cycle. The cost for any cycle of washing/drying is € 3,50. Single detergents are available at the reception for € 0.50. Der WASCHSALON ist geöffnet von 8,30 Uhr bis 19,00 Uhr. Lassen Sie Ihren Wasch-oder Trockenvorgang nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Bitte entleeren Sie nach Benutzung umgehend Waschmaschine oder Trockner. Die Kosten für 1 Wasch-bzw.Trockenvorgang beträgt e3,50. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie natürlich auch Waschmittel zum Preis von € 0,50.

17.  BARBECUE. L’utilizzo del barbecue dovrà essere preventivamente concordato con la Direzione. Si prega di lasciare pulito. The use of the barbecue must be agreed with the Management. Please, keep it clean and tidy. Das Benutzen muss vorher mit der Rezeption abgesprochen warden. Bitte lassen sauber und ordentlich.
